The breakfast served in the lovely conservatory was really good, with high-quality produce and a wide variety of options that hit like a luxury experience.

Our room had a lovely Juliette balcony, but navigating the narrow stairs with luggage was a bit challenging.

I would have thought that with such high ratings, i'd get an upgrade or at least some special treatment. The bathroom mirrors were so low, they reminded me of a gag gift. Absolutely unacceptable.
